The Technology Behind the Transformation

Neuro Power Corp doesn't rely on a single tool or a one-size-fits-all treatment. We use a range of assessment and treatment technologies, each chosen because it's backed by published research.

Structural health

Neurologically Sound Adjustments

Structural adjustments guided by functional neurological findings from your assessment — not applied generically, but targeted to the specific segments identified as contributing to your pattern of breakdown. Spinal manipulation is one of the most extensively studied manual therapies in existence; recent large-scale reviews (including a JAMA-published analysis of 26 randomized trials) have found it meaningfully improves both pain and function in patients with low back pain, and federal healthcare guidelines have long recommended it as a safe, first-line conservative option. Study: The Evolving Evidence on Chiropractic Care for Low Back Pain

Soft Tissue Manipulation

Hands-on and hand-tool-based techniques that work directly on muscle, tendon, and fascia to release restrictions, reduce pain, and restore movement. We use two systems within this category:

PiezoWave Myofascial Acoustic Compression Therapy (MyACT)

A focused shockwave device that delivers precise acoustic pulses into tissue, triggering the body's own repair response — a process called mechanotransduction. Clinical trials using PiezoWave and comparable focused shockwave systems have shown measurable improvement in chronic tendinopathies, myofascial pain, and soft-tissue injuries, with most patients responding within three to five sessions. Randomized trials comparing shockwave therapy to other standard treatments for myofascial pain syndrome have found it produces superior pain reduction and functional improvement. Study: Extracorporeal Shockwave vs. Mesotherapy for Myofascial Pain Syndrome — clinical trial

Vibration Therapy via Rapid Release Pro3+ & BioQuake Vibration Plate

Rapid Release delivers rapid, targeted pulses into muscle tissue to reduce stiffness and soreness, while whole-body vibration (BioQuake) uses platform-based vibration to stimulate circulation, muscle activation, and balance. Research on percussive massage devices has found measurable increases in joint range of motion and reduced perception of delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS) after exercise. Separately, systematic reviews of whole-body vibration therapy have found consistent improvement in chronic musculoskeletal pain, balance, and disability outcomes, particularly for chronic low back pain and fibromyalgia. Neurological health

Senaptec Sensory Station

A diagnostic and training platform that measures ten visual and sensorimotor skills — reaction time, depth perception, eye-hand coordination, and more — using a normative database of over 25,000 athletes. Independent reliability research has found several of its core measures (reaction time, eye-hand coordination, depth perception) demonstrate good-to-excellent test-retest reliability, and published studies have linked sensory station performance to real competitive outcomes, including a strong correlation between visual-motor scores and punch accuracy in elite boxers. Studies: Reliability of the Senaptec Sensory Station · Visual Ability & Punch Performance in Amateur Boxers

BTrackS Balance System

An FDA-registered force-plate system that objectively measures postural control and balance — used both for concussion assessment and fall-risk screening. Independent research has found BTrackS to be both valid and reliable for concussion evaluation, with roughly twice the diagnostic sensitivity of the more commonly used Balance Error Scoring System (BESS). It's also validated for identifying older adults at elevated fall risk through objective, repeatable balance measurement. Study: The Balance Tracking System (BTrackS) — a Decade of Research

BlazePods

A light-based reactive training system used to train and measure reaction time, decision-making speed, and cognitive-motor coordination under time pressure. A controlled study on adolescent athletes found six weeks of BlazePod-based training produced statistically significant improvements in reaction time, agility, and executive-function measures, with large effect sizes, and independent validation studies have confirmed the system's reliability as a measurement tool for reactive agility. TerraQuant TQ Solo Super Pulsed Laser

An FDA-cleared photobiomodulation device that delivers laser light energy deep into tissue to reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm while increasing local circulation. Independent clinical research on super-pulsed and low-level laser therapy has documented meaningful pain reduction across a range of musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions, and one clinical study found an 88% positive effect specifically for arthritis-related joint pain. Study: TerraQuant Super Pulsed Laser — clinical study summary (manufacturer-reported clinical study; independent peer-reviewed replication recommended before citing the 88% figure publicly)

Sauna with Red Light Therapy

Infrared heat combined with red and near-infrared light exposure, used to support circulation, cellular repair, and post-exercise recovery. Published research has linked far-infrared sauna use after resistance training to reduced markers of delayed-onset muscle soreness and improved neuromuscular recovery, while separate photobiomodulation research has documented reduced inflammation and improved mitochondrial (cellular energy) function at the red and near-infrared wavelengths used in these sessions.
